Our connection with Hoi An extends far beyond our hotel. We are committed to being a responsible member of the community.
We celebrate and share Hoi An’s traditions and heritage through our design, décor, and guest experiences. Our complimentary activities include opportunities for guests to learn about local crafts such as ceramic making and lantern making guided by local artisans, experience local cuisine, and participate in traditional folk games that reflect the culture and spirit of the region.
We support local businesses through responsible purchasing practices. For example, a large proportion of the vegetables used in our kitchen are sourced directly from Tra Que Vegetable Village, a farming community near Hoi An known for its organic agricultural practices.
Beyond our daily operations, we actively participate in local initiatives, including the Zero Waste Hoi An movement,. We also support local social welfare through a range of practical actions, including annual contributions to the Poverty Support Fund, Gratitude and Remembrance Fund, and Children’s Protection Fund in Da Nang City and Hoi An.
We also provide lifelong support to a Vietnamese Heroic Mother, including a monthly allowance of VND 1,000,000. Our hotel employees personally visit and support her, bringing gifts and sharing time with her on occasions such as Tet, Vietnamese War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (27 July), and her birthday celebrations.
We maintain regular beach clean-up activities on the last Friday of every month and organises weekly clean-up activities along the De Vong River, including removing waste and debris from the river surface to help maintain a clean, green, and attractive environment.
