The buffet is presented in a traditional market style with food stands, live cooking and carving stations at our pool side – facing De Vong River. Enjoy a full Seafood BBQ cookout complete with huge salad bar buffet, a hot soup station with homemade bread, grill stations with the freshest seafood, fish and meat selection on display and all cooked in front of the guests.
The buffet is enhanced by Vietnamese cottages, show cooking and “ganh”, demonstration of chess playing, calligraphy show, selling stores of traditional handicrafts, ceramic of Hoi An. Service & kitchen staffs dressed with traditional & ancient Vietnamese custumes. While dinning, guests will be entertained by Vietnamese traditional music performance.
