10.00 am: Return to our resort by boat while viewing the vibrant and lively local river life along the Thu Bon River.

11.15 am: Back to resort and learn how to make the traditional Vietnamese dishes under the direction and supervision of our chef

09.00 am: Meeting our chef at reception and riding to Cam Chau market by bike

09.20 am: A unique experience to visit Cam Chau market where we meet local merchants and select ingredients for your cooking class. Your senses will be awoken with countryside's variety of fresh food, vegetables and spices at the market.  

10.10 am: Time to take a ride back to our resort after loading up your market basket with all the ingredients you need

11.00 am: Cooking time, put your hands on cooking dishes at Cua Dai Restaurant. Assisted by our Chef, you will learn and experience the culinary technique of Vietnamese cuisine.

13.00 pm: Lunch. Now you can taste and enjoy your own culinary creation and return home with a memorable culinary adventure of Vietnamese cuisine, a lasting souvenir, and a certificate granted by the Chef of a 4-star hotel.
